Terms and Conditions

By accessing the NextVision Edutech website at nextvisionedu.in, submitting an enrollment application, or making a payment toward any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NextVision Edutech with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same.

NextVision Edutech provides short-term industry-aligned training programs, internship programs, and professional development courses primarily for students, faculty members, and working professionals. Programs are delivered online, offline, or in hybrid formats as specified at the time of enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify the content, structure, mode of delivery, or schedule of any program at any time to ensure quality and relevance. Where any material change affects an enrolled participant, we will communicate the details via the registered email address.

Enrollment in any program is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the full program fee. Submission of an enrollment form does not by itself constitute a confirmed seat. Your enrollment is considered confirmed when you receive a written acknowledgment from us containing your Enrollment ID.

All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateway at the time of enrollment. Program fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. NextVision Edutech reserves the right to revise program fees at any time, provided that any change will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed.

In the event that a batch is cancelled by NextVision Edutech due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will be offered a transfer to the next available batch or a full refund of the fees paid, at their discretion.

Participants who complete a program in accordance with its attendance and assessment requirements will receive a completion certificate issued by NextVision Edutech. Certificates are issued digitally and are tied to the participant's Enrollment ID. NextVision Edutech makes no representation regarding the academic recognition of its certificates by any university, employer, or regulatory body unless explicitly stated.

Participants are expected to attend sessions as per the communicated batch schedule, treat all instructors, mentors, and fellow participants with respect, and comply with any guidelines or code of conduct communicated during the program. NextVision Edutech reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without entitlement to a refund.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any program materials, recordings, or content provided during the course without prior written consent from NextVision Edutech.

All content on the NextVision Edutech website and within its programs, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, videos, assessments, branding, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of NextVision Edutech or its respective licensors. No part of such content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed for any purpose without express written permission.

NextVision Edutech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, career outcome, or academic recognition. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the relevant program.

We make no guarantee that any program will result in employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by NextVision Edutech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct communication within thirty days of written notice of the dispute.

NextVision Edutech reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
