Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy governs cancellations and refunds for all programs offered by NextVision Edutech. We encourage you to read this carefully before completing your enrollment.

1. Enrollment Confirmation
An enrollment is considered confirmed upon successful payment of the program fee and issuance of an Enrollment ID to the registered email address. The seat in the selected batch is reserved exclusively for the enrolled participant from this point forward.
2. Cancellation Before Batch Commencement
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written cancellation request to info@nextvisionedu.in with your Enrollment ID within 24 hours of the time of payment. Cancellation requests received within this window and prior to the commencement of the batch will be eligible for a full refund of the program fee paid.
Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after payment, or at any point after the batch has commenced, will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. We therefore strongly encourage prospective participants to review the program details, schedule, and fee structure thoroughly before completing payment.
3. No Refund After Course Commencement
Once the batch associated with your enrollment has commenced, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, inability to attend, dissatisfaction with program content, technical difficulties on the participant's end, or requests for a transfer to a future batch. This policy applies uniformly to all participants without exception.
Participants who are unable to complete the program after it has started due to personal reasons will not be entitled to a partial refund for the unused portion of the program.
4. Batch Cancellation by NextVision Edutech
In the unlikely event that NextVision Edutech cancels a batch due to insufficient enrollment, unavailability of instructors, or any other operational reason, all enrolled participants for that batch will be offered either a transfer to the next available batch of the same program or a full refund of the fees paid. NextVision Edutech will communicate such decisions with a minimum of 48 hours notice wherever practicable.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment. Refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or payment service provider. NextVision Edutech is not responsible for any delays caused by the financial institution or payment gateway.
Any transaction charges or gateway fees deducted at the time of the original payment may not be refundable, subject to the terms of the payment gateway.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied or if you have any concerns regarding a transaction, please contact us in writing at info@nextvisionedu.in with your Enrollment ID and payment reference number. We will investigate the matter and respond within 7 business days. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
